GLIMMOS PRIVACY POLICY

Glimmos is made by Playletsgames ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play Glimmos on iPhone or in a web browser.

The short version: Glimmos has no accounts and we don't collect your personal information. Your progress stays on your device. We never sell data about you.

YOUR GAME PROGRESS

Your progress (levels, stars, pictures, lounge decorations and settings) is saved on your own device. In a web browser it is kept in that browser's local storage. In the iPhone app it is kept in the app's storage on your phone. It is never sent to us.

ADS

The free iPhone app may show ads, including optional videos you can choose to watch for extra hearts. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address and how you interact with ads, as described in Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy. Your iPhone will ask whether apps may track you; if you choose not to allow it, you will only see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. We don't receive any personal information from ads.

The browser version shows no real ads.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The optional "Remove ads" purchase in the iPhone app is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your name, payment card, address or Apple ID. The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that the purchase was made.

PLAYING IN A BROWSER

The browser version uses no cookies and loads nothing from other companies: the game and its fonts are all served from playletsgames.com. Like almost every website, our web host may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure and working. We don't use this to identify you.

CHILDREN

Glimmos is suitable for players of all ages. We don't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

DELETING YOUR DATA

  • Use Settings > Reset progress in the game to delete your progress on that device.
  • Deleting the app removes all of its data from your phone.
  • In a browser, clearing that site's data removes your browser save.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how Glimmos handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
